Political Order and Political Decay

Francis FukuyamaAt the RSA to hear Frank Fukuyama, a professor at Stanford University, talk about his new book Political Order and Political Decay. Fascinating analysis, if a bit depressing as he doesn’t really have clear solutions, as he readily admits.

Salvaged Beach Hut

Beach Hut homage

During the surge last December all the beach huts in Overstrand where destroyed and a lot of the debris was later deposited along the shore line as drift wood. Local artist Peter Talbot took advantage of the fallout to give the village his own unique take on the classic beech hut.
