I have had a lifelong interest in technology and the way it influences the individual and society. I worked for many years in b2b publishing and was an early pioneer on business information on the web. I have been involved with the internet since 1996 when I launched RBI’s first paid-for information site EGi, which went on to be the model for several other successful paid-for sites.
I have also been very involved in innovation and new product development over the years.
Latterly I was a managing director of one of Europe’s largest b2b publishing companies – Reed Business Information where I was ultimately responsible for several global information businesses including Flightglobal, ICIS, Accuity and XpertHR.
I am a Fellow of the RSA.
